North Shields skatepark is officially open and I've heard from a few people that its really good.. check it out. Its located at the Parks Sport centre not far from the Tyne Tunnel. The skatepark is on that patch of tarmac to the right of the centre:

I'm getting me bike built backup to shred that bad boy, looks sick and so close to my house.
It is right opposite my house and it has been packed all weekend and last night. I'm surprised they can actually move on it at all ... there is so many people!!
I'm gonna be hitting it at 6am when I get back to beat the crowds, it will be worse in the summer hols too!
